Simply put, it is incredibly rewarding to make a positive difference for people. By providing insight and collaboration, our why is to help clients live their best lives.
Founder and President
In 2011, I founded Carlton & Company Financial, an independent, woman-owned wealth management firm, serving people throughout the nation who are seeking advocacy, organization and strategic direction in their financial lives.
My mission is to remain thoughtful and innovative, balancing the drive for continuous knowledge with bringing my best to each client to deliver the most impactful results.
Prior to forming my company, I was a vice president for a financial services firm serving more than 300 advisors nationwide. During my decade-long tenure, I was responsible for business development, advisor relations, marketing and practice management, earning a reputation for driving results, strengthening customer relationships and inspiring talented individuals to meet business objectives.
Raised within a family of financial professionals, I began my financial education as a young teen attending industry conferences with my mother, a consistently recognized financial advisor. Unbeknownst to me at the time, I was preparing for the firm I would one day build by utilizing all the lessons of the past in combination with today’s best practices.
I’m a member of the WA Women’s Foundation. I am also a lifelong learner with a love of travel, gardening, reading and spending time with my family. Earning my Bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I hold the Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designations, and have been recognized as a Seattle Five Star Wealth Manager for the last three years.
